WHAT TO EXPECT, FROM CONSULTATION TO INSTALL

How does an idea become a finished space?
At Perth Style Company, our Interior Design service is led by Kellie, who will guide your project from first conversation through to final install, supported by our experienced procurement and logistics team behind the scenes.
Our process is thoughtful, collaborative and considered from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect.
INITIAL CONSULTATION MEETING
Where vision meets clarity.
Every project begins with a conversation with Kellie.
During your consultation, she’ll take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle needs, timeline and budget. This is where we align. Exploring not only how you want your space to look, but how you want it to feel.
Kellie will ask questions, refine direction and begin shaping the foundation of your project.
Initial Consultation Meeting: $220 per hour + gst
This stage sets the tone for everything that follows.
SCOPE OF WORK
Clarity in detail.
You’ll then be presented with a comprehensive Scope of Work outlining:
An itemised list of all Furniture, Lighting and Accessories to be sourced.
Any additional design services required such as Custom Furniture/Upholstery, Window Treatments +/or Internal Paint Consultation.
Logistical services that may be required such as Delivery, Installation + Assembly.
Kellie's design consultation fee will be listed + this ensures transparency and alignment before we move into procurement.
APPROVAL
Moving from plan to action.
Once you’ve reviewed and approved the scope, and accepted our terms of business, an invoice will be sent for 50% deposit of Kellie's design fee. This is required for the project to commence.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Translating ideas into a tangible direction.
With a clear brief established, Kellie moves into concept development.
You’ll receive a proposed design concept that brings together finishes, furnishings, layout considerations and overall aesthetic direction. This is a collaborative stage, you’ll review the concept, provide feedback, and refine details together.
SOURCE & PROCURE
The precision behind the scenes.
With selections sourced by Kellie + presented to you for approval, our procurement team begins ordering all items on your behalf.
We liaise directly with suppliers, track lead times and manage delivery schedules to ensure everything arrives seamlessly. Where required, we coordinate storage and consolidate deliveries to protect timing and quality.
If your scope includes coordination of trades for Window Treatments, Custom Furniture etc, Kellie will ensure samples are presented, and preferred suppliers are engaged.
Throughout this stage, Kellie oversees the design integrity, ensuring every detail aligns with the original vision.
INSTALLATION
Where it all comes together.
Installation day is where planning becomes reality.
Our in house logistics team manages the white-glove delivery and placement process, working closely alongside Kellie to ensure every piece is positioned exactly as intended.
Artwork is hung. Furniture is layered. Styling details are added.
We always ensure the finished space feels cohesive, intentional and beautifully resolved.
