Every property is different, from compact apartments to sprawling family homes, and our systems are designed to flex without ever losing pace or polish.
Since joining Perth Style Company three years ago, I’ve focused on building structure and rhythm into our logistics. From inventory management to dispatch, from delivery to installation, we’ve redefined what “efficient” looks like in this industry. But the real magic happens in partnership. We work side by side with our stylists and agents, ensuring every installation is cohesive, aligned, and market-ready.
What many people don’t realise is that logistics in styling is as much about flow as it is about moving pieces from point A to B. Every install is choreographed. Which team arrives first, which items need to be staged before others, even the way trucks are packed for a seamless unload. It’s this sequencing, quietly happening behind the scenes, that allows the styling to come together with pace and precision. When done right, it feels effortless, but it’s the result of careful planning and experience.
Whether I’m in the warehouse refining workflows or on site leading a crew, my priority is the same: making sure everything arrives seamlessly and installs flawlessly. The heavy lifting is only part of what we do. Our expertise is in orchestrating the details that make a property feel effortless once it’s styled.
