Set within the newly completed West Residences in Mount Lawley, this light-filled apartment provided the perfect canvas for a contemporary staging approach. As Western Australia’s first flat-iron inspired residential building, the development has a distinctive architectural identity that we wanted the interiors to complement.

Our styling introduced pops of colour, sculptural furniture and modern finishes to bring personality to the apartment while working with its clean lines and natural light. Chrome accents featured across selected furniture pieces, adding a sleek, contemporary edge and subtle contrast against softer fabrics and warmer textures.

Each piece was considered in relation to the proportions and flow of the apartment, keeping the spaces feeling open and functional while still creating moments of interest. The result is a fresh, modern interior that feels connected to the architecture of West Residences while remaining warm, inviting and easy to imagine living in.
