Browne Street is a special home from the moment you step through the front gate. A brand new build that pays homage to the iconic character of Subiaco, its façade sits comfortably within the streetscape, while beyond the front door a contemporary floorplan unfolds with all the functionality, comfort and refinement of modern living.

Our styling concept centred on refined luxury, creating a home that felt elevated yet entirely liveable. Rich layers of colour, texture and materiality were used to bring depth and dimension to each space. Warm timber tones, tactile textiles and considered decorative pieces worked together to soften the clean architectural lines, while a palette of deep neutrals and earthy hues added a sense of permanence and sophistication.

Throughout the home, we focused on creating visual interest through contrast and layering rather than excess. Every element was selected to complement the architecture, drawing attention to the scale of the spaces, the natural light and the thoughtful detailing embedded within the design. The result is a home that feels both polished and welcoming, balancing contemporary luxury with a sense of warmth.
