For this Floreat new build, our Real Estate Stylist, Jes approached the brief with a simple goal: to create a high-impact concept that felt effortless against the home’s refined, neutral palette.

“The open-plan living, with the kitchen as its backdrop, quickly became a favourite space,” Jes shares. “The warm stone and chocolate cabinetry set the tone for everything, it grounded the selections and guided the styling direction.”

The styling was all about balance, enhancing what was already a beautifully detailed build. The master suite, complete with a custom-tiled bedhead, became another standout moment, layering texture and warmth to elevate the space’s calm simplicity.

Having collaborated on multiple homes with this particular client, Jes notes that the process always feels seamless. “She has such an incredible eye for detail. Her selections from lighting to stone and hardware inspire so much of what we do. Our role is to make sure every staging selection complements those design elements and brings them to life.”

The result is a home that feels both luxurious and grounded, a space where design and styling flow together effortlessly, ready to capture buyers the moment they step inside.
