With a career shaped by logistics, high-pressure projects, and business leadership, Trent brings a unique blend of precision and vision to the company. Growing up in his family’s milk delivery business, he learned early the values of hard work, time management, and operational efficiency. His career then took him abroad to London, where he joined event labour specialists Gallowglass and contributed to world-class productions including the 2012 London Olympics, Cirque du Soleil, and major Hollywood films. These experiences sharpened his ability to deliver seamless outcomes under intense deadlines and at scale.

Back in Perth, Trent rejoined the family business in 2013, stepping into leadership in 2019. His operational innovations — including contributing to the rollout of Brownes Dairy’s sign-on-glass technology — not only transformed the company’s efficiency but also advanced standards across the wider industry.

At Perth Style Company, Trent now oversees all business development activities, working directly with Perth’s leading real estate agents, developers, and builders to strengthen relationships and elevate the company’s market presence. He also leads a growing team, ensuring every member is empowered to deliver the quality, consistency, and attention to detail that define PSCO.’s brand.

Working alongside his wife, Sara Sutton, who pioneered home staging in WA, Trent plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s growth and innovation. His leadership, combined with his deep expertise in logistics and operations, ensures every project not only runs with flawless execution but also strengthens PSCo.’s reputation as the market leader.
