A new chapter for a young family.

This Manning new build was shaped with intention from the very beginning, with each space planned around the way our clients wanted to live in their new home.

They reached out to Kellie while the house was still under construction, looking for an all-round interiors service that would take care of the furniture, styling and installation in time for completion. The idea was clear: when they finally walked through the door, they wanted it to already feel like home.

Rather than bringing furniture from their previous house and trying to make it work, the focus was on creating an interior that felt connected to the architecture, suited their family and brought warmth and personality into every room.

A custom Granite Lane sofa was designed for the living space, alongside pieces from Jardan and Coco Republic through the dining, kitchen and living areas. Original works by Perth artist Alisha Falconer feature throughout the home, including a gallery-style hallway and larger hero pieces, all finished in the same custom nude-toned framing to create a subtle thread from room to room.

Custom details were introduced where they would make the biggest difference, including the primary bedroom bed frame, while window furnishings, rugs and styling completed the final layer.

The result is a home that feels elevated but warm, beautiful but very much made for everyday family life. A finished house, brought to life through the layers that make it feel like home.
