PROJECT FEATURE

BROWNE STREET | SUBIACO

PROJECT TYPE

PROPERTY STAGING

Returning to Browne Street gave us the opportunity to approach a familiar home from a new perspective. We first styled the property to showcase the completed build, celebrating the architecture, craftsmanship and collective work behind the project. This time, with Browne Street heading to market, we had the chance to create a new styling concept for the same beautiful spaces.

Rather than recreate what had come before, this iteration brought a fresh collection of furniture, artwork and accessories into the home. Pieces from our latest collection introduced new shapes, textures and colour combinations, while still working naturally with the architecture and refined material palette of the property.

One of our favourite moments was the pairing of our new green sofa with a green rug. Tonal, bold and perhaps a little unexpected, it brought a confident contemporary feel to the living space. It is the kind of combination that feels fresh and exciting, while still sitting comfortably within the home as a whole.

Throughout the property, the styling was designed to create a strong sense of place and personality while allowing the scale, natural light and architectural details to remain central. Furniture helped define the generous spaces and demonstrate how they could be lived in, with colour, texture and artwork bringing warmth and visual interest from room to room.

There is something particularly interesting about styling the same property twice. Each interpretation can tell a different story while responding to the same architecture, and Browne Street offered the perfect canvas to do exactly that. This time, a fresh perspective for a new moment in the home’s story.
