PROJECT TYPE

INTERIOR DESIGN

This beautiful Nedlands apartment marks a full-circle moment for Perth Style Company.

Originally styled by our team for sale, the property attracted strong interest and ultimately found the perfect buyer. Following settlement, the new owner engaged Kellie and our Interior Design team to reimagine the apartment for everyday living. Transforming it from a beautifully presented property for market into a deeply personal home.

From the outset, it was clear that colour would play an important role in the design direction. The client was drawn to spaces with personality and warmth, and while several existing furniture pieces were retained, the brief centred around creating a home that felt both comfortable and considered, with moments of colour woven throughout.

One of the standout features of the project is the carefully curated artwork by Western Australian artist Alisha Falconer. A striking statement piece anchors the living area, while a second work in the master bedroom brings softness and cohesion to the private retreat. Particular attention was given to the custom khaki frame selected for the bedroom artwork, intentionally designed to complement the Jardan linen and surrounding palette. It's these thoughtful details that elevate the space, creating a home that feels uniquely tailored to its owner.

Throughout the apartment, a grounded selection of furniture and natural textures provides balance to the more expressive colour moments. In the living and dining spaces, richer tones and bolder accents introduce character without overwhelming the architecture, resulting in interiors that feel layered, inviting and effortlessly lived in.

The result is a home that reflects its owner's personality while remaining timeless in its appeal, a space that feels as though it has always belonged to them.
