INSIDE THE STUDIO
THE SUPPLIERS SHAPING OUR INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECTS
At Perth Style Company, every project begins with a feeling, a sense of how a space should live, breathe, and be experienced. But behind that feeling is a network of trusted suppliers who help bring each vision to life.
For us, sourcing is not only about aesthetics. It’s about alignment with the brief, the client, and the rhythm of the project itself.
A considered starting point
Rather than beginning with a fixed supplier list, our process is guided by the brief. Budget, timeline, and the client’s style all inform where she looks first.
“It comes after I understand the brief, the price point, timeframe, and overall direction,” our Interior Designer, Kellie explains.
This approach allows for flexibility, ensuring each space feels tailored rather than templated.
The names we return to
That said, there are a handful of suppliers that consistently find their way into our projects. Not just for their aesthetic, but for how they support the design process.
Our current go-tos include:
Granite Lane, Globe West, Jardan, Arrival Hall, Roxby Lane, District, Armadillo, and Merlino.
Each offers something slightly different, but together they form a toolkit of dependable, design-led options.
Beyond the product
What elevates a supplier from good to essential isn’t just the piece itself, it’s everything around it.
For Kellie and our procurement team, that means:
Thoughtful, responsive customer service
Reliable lead times
The ability to customise
Local showrooms for a more tactile experience
A considered, cohesive range
“It’s about accessibility and ease,” she says. “Being able to rely on a supplier makes the entire process smoother and ultimately results in a better outcome for the client.”
What’s emerging now
Across these suppliers, subtle patterns are beginning to emerge.
“There’s a consistency in what’s coming through seasonally,” Kellie notes. “Similar colours, fabrics, and timber tones across different brands.”
Right now, that translates to a shift toward deeper, richer materials in particular walnuts and darker timber finishes. It’s a move that brings warmth and depth into spaces, grounding them in a way that feels both contemporary and enduring.
While the final space is what people see, it’s these behind-the-scenes relationships that shape the result.
At Perth Style Company, that’s what our Interior Design service is all about, bringing together considered sourcing, industry knowledge, and a curated network of suppliers to create spaces that feel cohesive, elevated, and uniquely tailored to you.
If you’re looking to create a home that feels very much you and takes all the guesswork out of the process, our team is here to guide you from concept through to completion.
