We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Real Estate Stylist to join our fun, fast paced team as we continue to grow throughout the Perth market. This role is not for the faint hearted, it will be fast paced, physical and requires a real go-getter!

About the role:

Working alongside our other stylists and our logistics crew this is a senior role that requires advanced styling abilities, sales skills and a superior knowledge and understanding of property styling. The ideal candidate will have exceptional styling abilities and a natural creative flair. They will be responsible for ensuring that leads are followed through efficiently and that client's needs are met. They will be responsible for effectively showcasing properties to their highest potential using our on-trend, contemporary furnishings, whilst guaranteeing the company delivers the exceptional level of customer service and sales results we are known for across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture both ongoing and new relationships to ensure we exceed our client’s and agents expectations.

• Coordinate and conduct design proposal appointments with clients and real estate agents.

• Prepare, submit and follow up on design proposals.

• Prepare on-brand and on-trend design schemes to meet client briefs, using our available inventory

• Execution of projects, preparation, styling and inventory management

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures

• Deliver on team goals and targets

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in styling

• Experience in sales favourable

• Property or Real Estate experience favourable

• Design and styling capabilities

• A valid drivers licence and have own vehicle

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Physical fitness and a well presented nature
