This can be done through maximising the potential of your current property your existing furnishings via a pre-sale consultation, or by Perth Style Co. completely furnishing and decorating your vacant property in a home staging manner.

We bring together a consistent styling theme throughout the property, taking into consideration the current market trends, the architectural features of your property and the potential buyer’s preferences.
Q. AM I ABLE TO USE SOME OF MY EXISTING FURNITURE?
A. Not for our staging packages. When we take on your property for style we request removal of all furniture to give us a clean, fresh canvas to work with. If your home is furnished then we recommend our Pre-Sale Styling Consultation.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
A. Upfront payment is required for our services. We have credit and short term funding options available
for the convenience of our clients.
Q. HOW MUCH TIME IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK TO HAVE MY PROPERTY STYLED?
A. Usually ten days. Our schedule is in high demand and we pride ourselves on planning, well designed concepts
and original sourcing to enable us to execute the highest quality, original work.
