INSTALLATION & REMOVALIST TEAM LEADER

Behind every beautifully finished space is a highly organised and efficient installation team, and this role plays a critical part in delivering that standard on site.

We are seeking a full-time Installation & Removalist Team Leader to manage daily installations, removals and deliveries across the Perth metro area. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. You will lead a small team on site, oversee furniture handling and stock protection, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and professionally. You will work directly with our Logistics Manager, to ensure all daily tasks are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

This role requires a high level of physical fitness, with regular lifting of up to 40kg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute project installations, removals and deliveries

  • Direct and support a small on-site team

  • Manage high-end furniture inventory with exceptional care and accuracy

  • Oversee stock control, quality protection and warehouse processes

  • Maintain operational efficiency in a fast-moving environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in furniture removal, warehousing or truck loading (preferred but not essential)

  • Confidence using power tools (cordless drills, impact drills)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated leadership and clear communication skills

  • High level of reliability and organisation

  • Physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 40kg regularly

  • Valid driver’s licence and sound driving record

  • Basic computer skills and strong English proficiency

  • Unrestricted Australian working rights

This is a stable, long-term, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm) offering the opportunity to lead within a respected, fast-growing creative business.
