Working alongside the Founder and Director, she oversees brand strategy, communications and creative output, ensuring the business is represented with consistency, clarity and purpose across every channel.

Drawing on a background in psychology and a strong understanding of visual communication, Britt brings both strategic thinking and creative direction to the role. Her ability to shape cohesive brand experiences has played an important role in the continued evolution of PSCO.

As the business's in-house photographer, she captures every project and campaign, providing a level of creative continuity that allows the brand to be documented and presented through a singular lens.

Her focus is on protecting and strengthening the brand over time, ensuring every detail contributes to the reputation and recognition PSCO. has built within the market.
